If you can’t get very near to the waterfall, you may have to use a longer lens or zoom in to get a good shot. Unless you use a tripod or some other means of stable support for your camera, you will also need to use a fast shutter speed to avoid camera shake. But, as you can see, this is not necessarily a bad thing.
